Reading

This week for reading we have been retelling our favourite part of a book we have read this year. We were able to choose the way in which we presented it. Some people used puppets, others photostory and some people made a video. Check out Nerys, Georgia and cameraman Zara retelling their favourite part from Roald Dahl's book Matilda...

White is like falling snow flakes in air.
White is the fuffy white clouds floting away from us.
White is yummy hockey pockey ice cream.
White is like bubbles in the bath that get all over your body.
Wite is like candy floss sticking to your hand.

Ben's colour poem

Green.
Green looks like brussel sprouts and yucky broccoli.
Green is discusting vomit blurting out.
Green rusting hedges blowing in the wind.
Green acidbubblingto its heart.
Green is the colour of horrible beans.
Green is the colour of Grass.

Green is the colour of a yucky brussel sprout.
Green is the rich 20 dollar note.

Nina's colour poem

Blue is the bright blue sky on a summer day
Blue is the feeling of tummies rumbling for food
Blue is the nice cold water waving in the sea
Blue is the snow falling down the mountain
Blue is the colour of $10 notes flying in the air
Blue is the colour of a stream
